The coolest day of my life!!

12 of November is always the best day in the Manaiakalani schools. When we got to Silvia Park we walked state to the thereat. When got there the movies were going to start. The movies started, My favourite was TCTV Hunger games If you wont to wocth the movie Here is a link:-tctv hunger games.

My puzzle

On Tuesday me and my buddy Tai had to cut out shapes that are 5 Pentominoes. It was a really hard puzzle and there were only 12 shapes that you can make with 5 pantomimes. We could not finish our work because it was really hard doing it.

Junior school Cultural Show

On Wednesday 24 September 2014 at Panmure Bridge School the Junior School did a show for the Senior School. The Senior School had to watch the Junior School. First thing that did was when they came the Mere family played the Cook Island drums for the Juniors. They came in and the drums stopped and sag a song and flags were at the back of them. First on e was room one and there Moire dance and it was funny. Then it was room 4 with the Samoan dance I sag along with the song. Then is was room 2 with Tonga Alga with foe and they were walking across the stage. Then is was room 3 turn to slain and they did with the cook island dance and Rare and Nike was dancing with Rare. Then we came back.

Netball is finished

On Thursday we had our last netball session.  Marian, our netball coach, told us all the skills for netball. We played a hole game of netball the winner was the white team they got 10 points. My favorite session was when we played a game of netball I had lots of fun.

APRIL FOOLS

In the holidays at night I was in my cousin’s bedroom playing on his xbox. I slept over at my aunt's place. I could see a shape walking slowly across the hall. I felt scared. I thought it was a ghost. She walked across the hall and into the pool. After she woke up in the pool. I heard bubbling water. My sister got out of the spa pool and put her blanket on her and went in my cousin’s bedroom and scared me. My auntie told her off not to go in the pool at night. When she tries to scare me I'm always not there because I read her diary.  

The Museum Trip

On Monday Room 7, Room 5 and Room 8 went to the  Museum. When we got there we went to put our bags away in the lockers. Then room 7 went to the class room to learn about why people migrate. Room 7 learnt about how people migrate around the world. I leant that if you move to another place you are migrating. In the afternoon we went around the museum and my group went to level 3. I liked the necklaces and the volcano. We walked around for a bit until it was time to felt exhausted when we came back to school.

Duffy theater

                     Today we went to see Duffy theater.  The people are (Duffy, Rosie and Uncle Bingo.) Duffy convinced his Uncle to read. Rosie gave a book to uncle Bingo. Then uncle Bingo went on a plane and read the book it was called how to be a ballerina. Then Bingo played his rugby game while doing  ballerina moves. The message is to read read read.

MY SMALL MOMENT

The Birthday Party!!

On Saturday it was my mums birthday at Valentines. My aunty came over and we went to Valentines.

After we ate food. I was surprised what I ate. I ate chips and chicken and noodles I ate that all. When I  finished eating I smelt food that made me go for more. Then I ate ice cream, pavlova and kiwi fruit. I ate the cake like a monkey eating a banana. At Valentines I saw  people eating ice cream. I saw my cousin eating shrimp, rice, samosa and chips. I saw my mum and auntie drinking coffee. I saw people eating bread with butter and coffee. The cake tasted nice. The cake has big flowers and small flowers and they were different colours. It was wonderful.

My Multiplication

In my art I used landscape lines. We did colour mixing.I copped a photo from Ton Schulten.For my blue I mixing blue and white to make a light blue and I put more white and makes lighter blue and keep making that until it finished. I mixed red, yellow and blue to make brown.I mix those colour and add white to make lighter brown and add black to brown that makes black brown. I mixed yellow and blue to make green and put white to make a lighter green and I put black it made back brown.

WRITING:
In writing room 7 did detail in writing. In writing we did  simple and complex sentences . We put conjuctions in sentences.

READING:
In reading I learnt how t read on line books. We know how to find information on line and of line. room 7 can read for 20 minutes.

KIWI SPORT:

In kiwi sport we did soccer. In soccer we played warm up games. We learnt how juggle. We played doge ball.
