Current Events: China Bans Ivory by the end of 2017

China will ban the selling ivory by the end 2017.  We had to read the 5 sources that were provided and fill in the questions. Then we had to write the opinions, and our opinion. Our opinion is we think that people selling ivory should start looking into new jobs so that they are prepared for 2018. I have worked with Oh Hsen to complete this task.

Current Events - Olympic Spirit

This was my Current Events on Olympic Spirit. We had to learn about sportsmanship with each other. Nikki and Abbey were in the 5,000m race. So I think this was a really good task that Mrs Anderson.

This is our DLO Sebastian and I made this Current Events drawing about bus strike. We discussed about the strike. We used these questions who, what , where , when, why and how this helped me find out what happens to make the buses on strike. I used this site to give me more information about about the Auckland bus strike.
