Summer Learning Journey - Week 1 - Day 3 - Activity 1

victorian family.jpg

For this task I had to explain
how I would feel if I was a member of such a large family. Why or why not?

I would say no because I not like being left out in huge family and I would not like anyone experience that for them self.

  1. Kia Ora Eric,

Welcome to the Summer Learning Journey. My name is Cadence and I am one of the bloggers who will be working with you this summer!

I have really enjoyed reading through your previous posts. You have posted another awesome activity that is now complete! Well done! It can be very crowded in a big family, do you think you would have more company though if you had more brothers and sisters?

I think it is very kind how you said “I wouldn’t want anyone to experience that”. It’s really important everyone feels included :)

I’ve been reading what other students have said about this activity, many think that if you have more siblings, you won’t have as many chores to do hahah so that could be one reason why it’s good to have a bigger family.

I have two big brothers myself and I think it’s great because I have two awesome people who are always there to help me if I need.

Keep up the great work Eric!

    Cadence :)

  2. Kia Ora Eric, I really agree with you, I really don't want to be left out. It whould be really a shame if you walk around with parents and other people will say in there mind "WHAT, THEY HAVE MORE KIDS THEN I DO".

    How whould you feel?

    Joshua

  3. Hello Eric
Well done on completing this summer learning journey activity. I would also not like to be part of a large family either - the house would be really noisy and some of my siblings might be annoying. Keep up the awesome work Eric!
